Honor View 20 Hands-on: Honor’s Latest Flagship has a Striking Design, Speedy Kirin 980 Chipset, and 48MP Camera

n 2018, nearly 3,100 Android devices were certified by Google. With so many new Android smartphones in the market, it’s become increasingly difficult for device makers to differentiate their products from the competition. We’ve watched as the industry has moved towards bezel-less displays by incorporating display cutouts (notches), but near the end of 2018, we’ve seen companies experiment with slider mechanisms and in-display cameras. For example, Honor, Huawei’s sub-brand that sells products online, unveiled the Magic 2 in late October and View 20 in late December. The Honor Magic 2 is the company’s latest experimental, nearly bezel-less smartphone with a slider camera mechanism, while the Honor View 20 has a punch hole in-display camera. Unlike the Magic 2, the Honor View 20 will be sold outside of China. We had the opportunity to check out the View 20 at CES 2019 ahead of its global launch. Samsung Galaxy S10’s release date announced

Web Desk: Samsung has announced the date of its next flagship smartphone. According to the company, the phone to be announced on Wednesday February 20 th  at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Samsung notes that 2019 marks the 10th anniversary of the Galaxy series, and the invitation prominently features the number 10. “Samsung will show off a fully functional version of its long-in-development foldable phone, as well as the rumored three variants of the Galaxy S10. A higher-end fourth model with 5G connectivity is set to be launched later in the spring,” reported the Verge. Unusually, Samsung is holding its Unpacked event the week before Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the massive trade show at which it tends to announce its flagship Galaxy S phones. 12 January 2019 Samsung   Android   Rumors Samsung Galaxy S10 rumors have crystallized with info coming from multiple sources. There have been a few conflicting rumors, but by now it’s pretty clear what will be unveiled on February 20. Citing a reliable source,  CompareRaja  has confirmed this list of features. The Galaxy S10 and S10+ will have ultrasonic in-display fingerprint readers. They will be available in Black, White, Blue and Green. Note that the Galaxy S10+ will be the only one with a dual selfie cam. The Galaxy S10 Lite – yes, Lite – will use a classic side-mounted reader and will have a Yellow color option. This one is targeted at the young crowd. The “Galaxy S10 E” name may be used by AT&T to match its  5G E  network. Which is not an actual 5G network and the S10 E can’t connect to one, anyway. There will be a 5G-enabled Galaxy S10 later this year.
